Sure, the mints and free drink refills are a nice touch... but representing our culture through our service delves so much deeper.
Reaching beyond the corporate walls... Stepping over the imaginary line put in place by society and touching the lives of those around you, not just making a profit. THAT is second-mile service.
It all started with a small chicken restaurant who prioritized the customer experience over everything else.
