Need a role model outside of work? Franklin is always there. 100% of the time.&nbsp;<br /><br /><br />Because you see, we are a Chick-fil-A FAMILY. We would all be fired!&rdquo; MISTAKE #2</span><br /><span></span><br /><br /><span></span><span>All in all, it has been an eventful trip to say the least! There is one reoccurring theme in my life that I tend to notice&hellip;. There really is no place like Chick-fil-A. </span><br /><span></span><br /><br /><span></span><span>You can buy a $3.75 sandwich and still be treated like your spending thousands. </span><br /><span></span><br /><br /><span></span><span>Because respect is not about how much money you&rsquo;re spending, it&rsquo;s about the values of those who are providing the service. </span><br /><span></span><br /><br /><span></span><span>Serving. You see, Chick-fil-A has helped to prepare me in ways that school never could.<br /><br /> </span><span><strong>1. How to Deal with people </strong></span> <span>In school, you can pretty much keep to yourself and you&rsquo;ll be fine. This means treating a crying baby and an old man with the same grace, ease, and confidence. <br /></span><br /><span><strong>2. Problem Solving </strong></span><br /><span>It&rsquo;s mid lunch rush, the line is longer than you&rsquo;ve ever seen it before and it <em>just so</em> happens that you messed up someones order. But it&rsquo;s okay&hellip; you know why? Because you&rsquo;ve been put under pressure before. You know your abilities and you are confident in handling the issue at hand. Despite making a mistake (which happens to the best of us), you remain calm, cool, and collected. <br /></span><br /><span><strong>3. Remaining Positive </strong></span><br /><span>If there&rsquo;s one thing I could tell my younger self, it would be to STAY POSITIVE. Since starting my job at Chick-fil-A, I&rsquo;ve been able to compare how a positive work environment functions as opposed to a negative one. Like clockwork. We lift each other up, crack a joke every now and then, always keep a smiles on our faces, and radiate joy to those around us. What started off as a job to pay for my gas and food, turned into a passion for serving others. <br /></span><br /><span>Going from someone who worked the cash register to the communications director at Chick-fil-A has made my future career path clear as day. <br /></span><br /><span>Like feeling fresh air from an open window, the doors opened for me at Chick-fil-A have allowed me to see my future so clearly. <br /></span><br /><span>It is for this reason that I say Chick-fil-A really is so much more than a job. <br /></span><br /><span>It is the open window you have been looking for. There truly is NON-STOP teamwork that flows like clockwork. After all, having 4 hard workers is worth more than 10 lazy ones!</span><br /><br /><br /><span><strong><font size="4">&ldquo;What is in your Chick-fil-A sauce?&rdquo; </font></strong></span><br /><span>According to Chick-fil-A corporation, our Chick-fil-A sauce is a blend of honey mustard, barbecue, and ranch! This sauce was said to be created when a Chick-fil-A location was loading the honey mustard into a pump dispenser, where it was accidentally mixed with barbecue sauce!</span><br /><br /><br /><span><font size="4">&ldquo;<strong>How do you guys stay happy all the time?&rdquo;</strong></font></span><br /><span>While it&rsquo;s virtually impossible to stay happy ALL the time, remaining positive and keeping a smile on your face all boils down to the values of Chick-fil-A. With hard work and busy lunch rushes, there are hundreds of lives we are impacting with our food every single day. Keeping a positive manner helps to better the community and spread kindness in a world that is lacking. With a job like this, it&rsquo;s impossible not to be grateful and choose joy!</span><br /><br /><br /></div>]]></content:encoded></item></channel></rss>
