"Why Write?"I get many people who ask me why I write this blog... In order to understand why I write, it is important to understand what this blog is all about first. Whether this is your first time reading my blog or your 10th time, you should know my intense passion for writing. When I mean writing, I don't mean writing school papers or obligatory "happy birthday" posts on my friend's Facebook pages. I mean real writing. The type of writing that brings me to tears (in a good way). I write this blog because Chick-fil-A has changed my life. Growing up in a culture where being passive and non-enthusiastic is considered "cool," I have found myself standing out from the "in" crowd practically my entire life. You see, I believe in being an enthusiast with EVERYTHING I do. Whether I'm buying groceries or at the doctors office, I try to be as enthusiastic as possible. Before working at Chick-fil-A, I worked at a clothing store where I was told by my boss's boss (an important guy who came to visit our store for the day... KIND OF a big deal) to be LESS enthusiastic. I remember thinking "SERIOUSLY?!?!?! BUT THAT'S NOT WHO I AM! IT'S NOT IN MY NATURE! I REFUSE TO TONE MYSELF DOWN TO PLEASE SOMEONE ELSE!" It was that day that I decided to leave my job and start working at Chick-fil-A. Since then, I have found an atmosphere that not only accepts my exuberant personality, but applauds it. Ladies and gentlemen, this is why I write. I write because I refused to change who I was in order to please someone else. I simply found a place that accepts me for me. I have never been happier. All in all, I write because everyone deserves to be appreciated in their workplace. "Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life." -Confucius Me with the Chick-fil-A cow... WORK CAN'T GET MUCH BETTER THAN THIS!

That is what I said when I was in my fourth year college degree. I will always choose a job who can make me grow and happy at the same time. Happy environment does not always mean having a good amount of salary, but for me, healthy environment is like a happy one. In where you have a good relationship towards your co-workers, good salary and a good corporate social responsibility of the company. I hope each of everyone of us will not work only for the sake of money, but also in where we can experience a non stop learning with happiness.
